• Visit the Marine Aquarium in the morning between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. It closes at 4:45 PM and is shut on Mondays, leaving it too late in the day is a common mistake.
• The evening promenade is worth staying for. After 6:00 PM the park lights up, the vendors arrive, and the sea view shifts. If you are leaving Port Blair the next morning, a final evening at Marina Park is a better use of time than sitting in the hotel.
• Carry small change for the aquarium entry (₹5) and any snacks from the vendors outside. Digital payments are not reliably accepted at the food stalls.
